Yesterday my mom, sister (in-law), brother and nieces went to the Pine Tree Apple Orchard. It was full of tasty treats, perfect weather and toddlers riding bucking broncos. No, I'm not kidding. I will get to that. Here is the afternoon in pictures.
Yes, they wore rainbow pants to the orchard. They are cool like that.
Checking out the pony rides.
They decided they would ride.
Ava mounts her steed.
Happy cowgirl.
Mya is slightly unsure from the get go but settles in.
Yee Haw.
Mya on Peaches.
Twin cowgirls. Such docile creatures bored of walking in circles.
Then all hell broke loose and the girls were bucked from their horses! No, I'm not kidding. They are just fine but that was just a tick scary considering they are two. Peaches started it, I'm just saying.
After the horsey madness, the girls pet Oreo and they talked about how horses get scared sometimes.
Brave girl happily hopped back in the saddle like a true cowgirl. Her sister on the other hand talked later in the evening about how "Peaches got scared."
Into the store we go.
Snuggles from Daddy.
Sharing apple cider with Nana.
Looks like trouble.
Then pretended to sleep no the apple boxes.
Goon.
Cider break. After I took this one she came running to me and said "Auntie, goooood one?" And wanted to see the picture. Photographer in training.
Then the rolling down the hill started.
Eventful day at the orchard to say the least.
Oh my Gosh! I didn't know if I should laugh or gasp with concern about the bucking broncos. I would have been so scared if those were my little ones. But, the way you wrote it kind of made me chuckle. Glad to hear everyone is ok. But, anywho, looks like you all had a great time. Very cute little girls. Oh, and I love their rainbow pants ;)
