If you recall Mr. Schwartz and I started making our Limoncello on April 24th. After zesting the lemons (15 to be exact) and mixing with 100 proof vodka, the mixture was placed in a cool, dark place as directed. The directions also suggested that the mixture sit for 20-45 days. We waited 42 days. Summer is coming and we are itching to drink/use some of this Limoncello!
