Cracker Pizza

Friday, October 28, 2011

This will officially be my quickest post yet.  But, lucky for you, that means this is the easiest recipe to date as well.  Cracker Pizza.  Let's just say, this is one of my favorite and go-to easy meals or snacks depending on the day.
All you need is a tortilla shell, pizza sauce, cheese and some toppings.  Pile them on and bam, you have a super thin and healthier pizza.  It really does feed that pizza craving if you are "trying to be good."
Give it a shot this weekend, I promise, it's a good one.
Happy Weekend!! Yay.  I will be brunching, shopping and cooking this weekend while Mr. Schwartz is hunting.  I'm excited for some girl time!
Do you see how thin this is!? Love.

  3. Just saw this and I'm wondering....
do you put the "pizza" directly on the rack? Or does it go on a baking sheet?

  4. Good question Allison! I place them directly on our pizza stone. This ensures a super crispy crust. If you don't have a pizza stone, I would place it directly on the rack. A Tasty Kitchen reader also suggested crumpling a piece of tin foil and lining a cookie sheet with it. That way the pizza isn't directly on the cookie sheet and the hot air can get under it. I hope that helps!

    1. I have been meaning to update this...such an old post! But preheat the oven to 500 degrees and bake on a pizza stone or inverted jelly roll pan for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and it's crispy. Enjoy!
